Biography

Julie has over 20 years’ experience in professional services. A litigation lawyer by background, she coaches clients on making the most of their talents and ambition, often at times of transition or when they are looking to develop their business and profile in a competitive market. Many of her clients combine fee generation with significant leadership and personal responsibilities and she helps them to maximise their time and energy to achieve sustainable success. Julie’s work with associates has given her insight into the core values and priorities of Gen Z and Millennial professionals. She uses this experience to inform her work with leaders who are looking for creative ways to attract, retain and develop talent from those generations.
