Biography

Rodrigo advises businesses on a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint-ventures, reorganizations, divestitures, restructurings, corporate disputes, corporate internal investigations and insurance and reinsurance related matters and transactions. For more than 20 years, he has assisted non-Brazilian clients entering the Brazilian market and their Brazilian subsidiaries in their strategic Brazilian law matters. Rodrigo is an Officer of the Corporate and M&A Law Committee of the International Bar Association (IBA).
