Florence Butin

Biography

Florence BUTIN has been serving in the French judiciary for 25 years, first as a prosecutor and later for the French Ministry of Justice. Her career was subsequently focused on Intellectual Property law. She joined the Economic department of the Paris Court of appeal in 2021 and took office as president of the Court of first instance of the Unified patent court on the 1 November 2022.
