Biography

Andrea is a seasoned corporate and commercial contract lawyer at PVH, the parent company of the globally recognized fashion brands Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein. As the principal legal partner for all global and EMEA brand ambassadorships, talent agreements, events and sponsorships, Andrea delivers strategic legal counsel across multiple jurisdictions, playing a pivotal role in supporting the global Tommy Hilfiger marketing teams. Before joining PVH, Andrea built a robust foundation in private practice as a competition, trade and regulatory lawyer, and brings valuable experience from the private enterprise sector. She has a broad academic background with degrees in international law, international relations, politics, and trade, and holds an Executive Master’s degree in Marketing and Sales. Andrea’s multidisciplinary expertise enables her to navigate complex legal landscapes and drive business success in the fast-paced fashion industry.
