Biography

Andrea Sindova is Senior Legal Counsel at PVH, the parent company of two of the most recognized apparel brands worldwide: Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein. She is the main legal point of contact for the Tommy Hilfiger Global and Calvin Klein EMEA Brand Marketing and Consumer Engagement and Communication teams, providing concept-to-execution support. Andrea has been the legal chaperone for multiple Tommy Hilfiger global brand partnerships and ambassadorships, as well as the legal support on cross-brand production and media-buy partnerships. Prior to PVH, Andrea cultivated expertise as competition lawyer in private practice, and in the private enterprise sector at a company for design and manufacture of POS advertisement.
