Biography

Lawyer with extensive experience acquired in international law firms, I am working in all areas of employment law, in particular, day-to-day HR management and collective relationships, global mobility, restructuring, litigation (including harassment and discrimination) and audit. I have developed a specific expertise in the management of international matters: cross-border or international issues, global mobility of employees, human capital, set up of foreign companies in France, assistance for foreign parent companies in the management of their French subsidiaries. I am working in collaboration with the foreign offices of our firm and with numerous foreign law firms. I also assist senior management in optimisation of their remuneration, business transmission and corporate responsibility, criminal issues.
