Biography

Stéphane is a Partner in Oxera's competition practice, based in Brussels. He joined Oxera in 2020, after spending six years at the European Commission's DG Competition, and eight years in two other leading economics consultancies in the field of competition policy. His work at Oxera focuses on merger control, antitrust investigations, and digital regulation (DMA).
