David Masson

Biography

David Masson is GC, Chief Legal Officer and Head of Compliance (incl. Privacy) of Scalefast Inc., a e-commerce scale-up company, with main locations in USA, France, Spain and Japan, he joined in 2021. Prior to joining Scalefast, David practiced for 22 years in law firms, including the last 15 years as Partner at Dentons and 7 years in Rambaud Martel, specializing in Intellectual Property and Technology law. His practice encompassed both advisory and litigation work. David has a PhD in law (1997) and has been teaching at the prestigious Sciences Po University for 13 years.
