Biography

Karla Rundtová is a Partner at Kinstellar’s Prague office specialising in M&A, joint ventures, greenfield investments, FDI screening and most recently also in ESG. As a member of the Automotive and Industrials Sector at Kinstellar, Karla regularly advises on a variety of legal topics various automotive client based in the CEE. Has worked on numerous major acquisitions and privatisations, both cross-border and local, including the approval processes by the relevant regulatory authorities. Advised clients on several major greenfield investments in the automotive sector located in the CEE. Over 20 years of experience in advising international clients has been recognized by both, international as well as local legal directories.
