Diane O'Connell
Biography
While working as a risk management attorney in a demanding global M&A leadership position, Diane burned out and was diagnosed with Generalized Anxiety Disorder. This led to her leaving the practice of law to pursue making workplaces healthier and more productive. By blending her legal and life skills, Diane has a unique awareness of cultural and business interests to help organizations and their talent overcome obstacles so they can reinvent their workplace culture to decrease risk and increase profits through higher productivity and lower attrition rates. Diane is a member of the InsideOut and Stability Network Leaderboards, NYS Bar Association Int’l Section leadership, Lawyer’s Wellbeing Task Force, Lawyers Assistance Program, DEI Committee. Diane is a licensed attorney with 18 years experience, in int’l corporate negotiations, risk management and employment law as well as a being a mediator. Making your wellbeing initiatives measurable and profitable can be a challenge. ESG, DEI, and CSR can be tricky because measuring results is often illusive. Businesses need to address these without breaking the bank and having little to show for it. Spending wisely and planning well can create measurable and portable results.
