Biography
Lucinda Soon is a legal ethics and regulatory lawyer, organisational psychologist, doctoral researcher, visiting lecturer, speaker, board member, and advisor. Lucinda combines risk management with data analytics and organisational psychology to help law firms, legal sector organisations and in-house legal teams assess and manage risks relating to workplace culture, ethical behaviours and wellbeing at work.
