Dorothee Prosteder

Biography

Dr Dorothee Prosteder is a partner at Noerr PartGmbB in Munich/Germany. She is specialized in restructurings and complex transactions in the context of insolvency and advises German as well as international companies, investors, insolvency administrators and creditors on national and cross-border restructuring, distressed M&A transactions and insolvency law. Dorothee Prosteder is a member of the board of TMA Germany and a committee member of TMA Europe. She chairs the Special Interest Group Restructuring & Insolvency of the Association of European Lawyers.
