Daniel Daeniker

Biography

Daniel Daeniker is the Senior Partner of Homburger AG, a leading Swiss law firm based in Zurich. His practice focuses on corporate law, primarily mergers & acquisitions, as well as capital markets law, mainly equity offerings and IPOs. Other areas of work include corporate governance and financial services regulation. Daniel is also head of the Homburger India focus group. Daniel Daeniker is a regular participant at international IBA M&A conferences, and has acted as a speaker and panelist at several IBA M&A conferences.
