Biography

Beatriz is Head M&A Mediterranean Region at WTW. Beatriz joined WTW London in 2014 where she was in charge of high-profile risk placements before going on to continue her career at WTW Iberia until 2021 as Head Transactional Risks Southern Europe. Prior to her return to WTW in March 2023, Beatriz spent almost two years at Marsh as a member of the Management Committee and Head M&A Iberia. Beatriz started her professional career as an M&A lawyer at Linklaters in their Madrid and London offices, she has an extensive and proven experience in advising Funds, PE and Corporates on diverse aspects of international M&A transactions
