Biography
Sarah Zadeh works as an attorney in the Technology Group and the Benelux Data Protection Team of NautaDutilh. Sarah advises and assists (inter)national clients with information technology related disputes, complex contract negotiations, and privacy and cybersecurity matters.
Sarah has both legal and technical expertise of emerging technologies, such as artificial intelligence and blockchain, and new technological developments, such as the metaverse, and advises and assists clients on the use and implementation of such technologies and the use of big data. Sarah successfully completed the Oxford Artificial Intelligence Programme at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, in 2020.
As a sought-after speaker, Sarah frequently speaks to the media, at seminars and at conferences, including the Dutch National Radio (NPO Radio 1), Dutch Academy for the Legal Practice (AvdR), TNW International Tech Conference and Nyenrode Business University. She also regularly publishes articles and blogs.
Sarah is registered with the Amsterdam Bar Association and is a member of the Dutch Association of Artificial Intelligence Attorneys (VAIA), the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP), the Dutch Privacy Law Association (VPR), the Dutch Association of Young Privacy Lawyers (JPAN) and the Dutch Association for Information Technology and Law (NVvIR).
Sarah is a Board Member at the foundation FORWARD, a foundation promoting acceptance, recognition and visibility of LGBTQIA+ people within the Dutch legal profession.
