Biography
I am a qualified lawyer in Wardynski & Partners (Warsaw, Poland), specializing in criminal law, including white collar crime, human rights and antidiscrimination law. I gained professional experience at Polish and international law firms, NGOs, and the Polish Ombudsman’s Office, where I was responsible for combatting discrimination against LGBTIQ people. I have experience in complex cases involving economic offences, fraud, corruption, money laundering, terrorism and cyber offences, among other matters, including international prosecutions. I have pursued cases before the European Court of Human Rights. In 2023 I was distinguished by the 1. rank in Wolters Kluwer's Rising Stars 2023. For my performance as the Ombudsman's attorney in the litigation against so-called "anti-LGBT zones" in Poland I was ranked as 23. most influential lawyer in 2021. I am law graduate in individual humanities studies at the University of Warsaw, where I also studied philosophy and completed the course of study at the British Law Centre (a project at the University of Warsaw in conjunction with the University of Cambridge).
