Biography

A long-established journalist in the infrastructure and energy space, Angus Leslie Melville is editorial director of IJGlobal – Infrastructure Journal (www.ijglobal.com) – and a well-known commentator on the market. He started as editor of IJ in 2004 and has since then worked across a couple of infra finance titles, spent three years in international head hunting (infra/energy) and returned to the helm at IJ in 2017. Angus is best known for his frequent market-related editorials which are sent out to a global readership on Fridays as well as his podcast service (Infra Dig) which can be found on Spotify under the heading The IJGlobal Podcast. He can often be seen speaking at conferences (usually focused on IJGlobal data), as well as presenting awards to recognise achievements in greenfield projects, ESG developments, and funds/M&A activity.
