Biography

Tilman Niedermaier is a Partner in the dispute resolution department of CMS Hasche Sigle in Munich. His practice focuses on complex trans-border disputes. Tilman specialises in corporate and commercial as well as international investment disputes. He regularly advises and represents clients on matters related to distribution and procurement issues, acquisitions, joint ventures and large-scale projects, including the renewable energy, automotive and aero-space/defence sectors. Tilman also acts as arbitrator. As counsel and arbitrator, Tilman has acted under various institutional and ad hoc arbitration rules.
