Anne Choné

Biography

Anne Choné is Senior Risk Analysis Officer at ESMA, where she is in charge of monitoring financial innovation. Anne authored the 2019 ESMA Advice on Crypto-Assets which served as an input to the MiCA regulation. Before joining ESMA, Anne was Principal at Mercer Investments. Prior to that, she worked as a Director in charge of financial institutions at FitchRatings. Anne holds of master’s degree in Finance from NEOMA Business school and has earned the CFA certification.
