Biography

Annett Rombach, LL.M. (University of Miami) is a Partner heading Klinkert Partner's sports & arbitration practice groups. Annett has extensive experience in representing clients in arbitration and court proceedings in commerical, sports, and IP disputes. Despite her young age, Annett has been building up a remarkable track record as an Arbitrator who is frequently nominated by parties and institutions, including as tribunal president and sole arbitrator. To date, Annett has handled more than 250 arbitration proceedings as arbitrator, including before the ICC, DIS, CAS, BAT and ad hoc. Annett also holds various teaching positions in Germany in Switzerland, including at the Goethe University in Frankfurt, the German Sports University in Cologne, and the University of Zurich.
