Biography

Winnie is a Senior Counsel of the Hong Kong Bar and an independent international arbitrator in complex commercial cases, in particular cross-border trade and investment, private equity, shareholders’ disputes, intellectual property and licensing and transfer of technology. As a Senior Counsel, she is well-known for her particular expertise in intellectual property disputes. She also holds qualification to practice in England and Wales, Singapore and the Greater Bay Area of Mainland China. She is formerly Chairman of the Hong Kong Bar Association (2015-2017), and a Recorder of the Court of First Instance, High Court HKSAR (2015-2023).
