Biography

Sven von Mensenkampff is assisting industrial clients and international financial investors in cross-border M&A transactions, with a particular focus on inbound acquisitions in Italy from the DACH area (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland) and from the Nordic countries. He is also assisting Italian clients in their activities in the DACH countries. He has extensive experience in the areas of mergers & acquisitions and joint ventures, as well as in corporate law, commercial contracts and the renewable energy sector. Sven von Mensenkampff regularly counsel clients in the real estate investment sector, with a particular regard for tourist resort development projects. Partner with Italian law-firm Legance Avvocati Associati, Milan office. With Italian law-firm Pavia e Ansaldo from 1998 - 2002 and 2004 - 2021. With German law-firm Gleiss Lutz 2002 - 2004 He is admitted to practice both in Germany and in Italy.
