Biography

I am assisting industrial clients and international financial investors in cross-border M&A transactions, with a particular focus on inbound acquisitions in Italy from the DACH area (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland) and from the Nordic countries. I am also assisting Italian clients in their activities in the DACH countries. I have extensive experience in the areas of mergers & acquisitions and joint ventures, as well as in corporate law, commercial contracts and the renewable energy sector. I regularly counsel clients in the real estate investment sector, with a particular regard for tourist resort development projects. Partner with Italian law-firm Legance Avvocati Associati, Milan office. With Italian law-firm Pavia e Ansaldo from 1998 - 2002 and 2004 - 2021. With German law-firm Gleiss Lutz 2002 - 2004 I am admitted to practice both in Germany and in Italy.
