Ndjodi Ndeunyema
Biography
Dr Ndjodi Ndeunyema is currently an English trainee Solicitor at the law firm Skadden, Arps in London. Before transitioning from academia to legal practice, Ndjodi was a Modern Law Review Early Career Research Fellow at the University of Oxford. He published his book, Re-invigorating Ubuntu Through Water, in 2021, which draws on his law doctorate from Oxford University that was awarded the 2021 Subedi Prize for the best Oxford law doctoral thesis. He further holds an MPhil in law, a BCL, and an MSc from Oxford where he studied as a Rhodes Scholar. Ndjodi's LLB was awarded by the University of Namibia, where he hails. He was also Research Director at the Oxford Human Rights Hub and has served on various law journal editorial boards. Ndjodi also completed a Legal Fellow at the African Court of Human and Peoples’ Rights in Arusha. Ndjodi will be speaking in a personal capacity.
