Biography

Heath Winter is Vice President, Special Situations Research, at Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS). Prior to joining ISS in 2019, he served as Founder and Managing Partner of ArbitrOption Capital Management, an event-driven hedge fund. He holds a MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA in International Affairs from the George Washington University.
