Biography

Kersti Hanson is Associate General Counsel & Director at BofA Securities where she covers equity capital markets and investment grade debt capital markets. Prior to joining BofA in 2010, Kersti practiced in the capital markets groups at Shearman & Sterling LLP and Sidley Austin LLP in New York. Kersti holds a BA from the University of New South Wales in Australia, a LLB (Hons) from Otago University in New Zealand and a LLM from Columbia University in the City of New York.
