Biography

Jean-François Adelle is a banking and finance partner of Jeantet AARPI law firm in Paris, France. Jean-François Adelle. has a practice in general and structured debt finance transactions, distressed debt restructuring and financial arrangements with a strong regulatory element. Jean-François is Co-Chair of the International Bar Association’s Banking Law Committee, a member of the P.R.I.M.E Finance panel of experts, and leads the firm’s Legal Opinions Committee. He has chaired committees of Paris Europlace which inspired legislative reforms and co-chaired the International Financing Work Stream of the ICC Financial institutions and international Arbitration Task Force.
