Biography

Carlos Vasconsellos is a partner at the FERRERE Paraguay office. His practice focuses on advice to local and multinational companies on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including foreign investments, complex business contracts, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate transactions. Carlos also assists project developers, lenders and borrowers on project and infrastructure financings, public-private partnership tender processes, and turnkey projects. He also has broad experience in international corporate finance, including structured, syndicated, bilateral and multilateral transactions. Before joining FERRERE, Carlos was an associate at the New York and Miami offices of Hughes Hubbard & Reed, LLP.
