Biography

Timothy formed the GP3 Institution to provide a global network of advisors with knowledge of public private partnerships from community to global level initiatives. Tim practiced in the Intellectual Property Group at K&L Gates and subsequently as General Counsel of the GAVI Alliance in Geneva, Switzerland. Tim serves multilateral development cooperation programs involving 100+ countries involving multinational stakeholders from private and public sectors in Europe, the Americas, Pacific-Asia and Africa. He is admitted as solicitor in England/Wales and licensed to practice in the U.S. He also holds a PhD from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies, University in Geneva, Switzerland in International Studies/Law on the topic of Legal Frameworks for Institutional Public Private Partnerships. Tim is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He has published a variety of journal articles and most recently a book for Edward Elgar entitled Public Private Partnerships in Global Development released in 2020.
