Biography

Michael Kutschera is a partner in Binder Grösswang’s Corporate / M&A team and has more than 30 years of experience in cross-border transactions, international disputes and arbitration. He focuses on cross-border M&A/joint ventures, arbitration, international dispute resolution, energy law. Michael is ranked as one of the leading Corporate and M&A lawyers and one of the Most in Demand Arbitrators by Chambers Global 2019. In the 2019 issue of IFLR1000 Edition, Michael is named "Expert consultant" and JUVE (Edition Austria 2020) ranks him among the leading names for Corporate/ M&A in Austria.
