Biography

Admitted as Rechtsanwalt to the Frankfurt Bar in 1996, having read law and economics at universities Passau, Cardiff, Konstanz and Harvard. In 2003, I qualified as a Solicitor in England and & Wales. The same year, I joined Taylor Wessing’s Frankfurt office as partner. Dispute resolution has been a substantial part of my practice throughout the years, often with a cross-border element. I am blogging on dispute matters at disputeresolutiongermany.com, in English, and at zpoblog.de in German.
