Biography

Ann Sultan is an attorney at the Washington DC law firm Miller & Chevalier, where she focuses on internal and government investigations, international corporate compliance, and white collar defense related primarily to the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA). Ann advises corporate clients on a wide range of topics, including internal investigations, forensic and e-discovery processes, compliance assessment and risk management, and U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) and Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) enforcement actions.
