Biography

Ranked by Chambers USA among New York’s leading construction law attorneys for 15 consecutive years, Sarah represents owners, contractors, developers, architects and engineers, in the United States and abroad, in all stages of the construction process. Sarah Co-Chairs the International Arbitration, Construction and Israel practice groups at Fox Rothschild LLP, (in the New York office) a U.S. law firm with 1,000 attorneys in 29 offices coast to coast. She focuses her practice on large capital construction projects, with an emphasis on drafting and negotiating complex contracts and litigating disputes involving such projects in court, mediation, and domestic and international arbitration. Sarah is a fellow in the American College of Construction Lawyers, the American College of Real Estate Lawyers and the Construction Lawyers Society of America. Sarah earned her J.D. from New York University School of Law, and holds a master’s degree from Columbia University’s School of International Affairs.
