Biography

François Rayroux is the head of the Investment Management Group of Lenz & Staehelin in Geneva. He advises several Swiss and international financial institutions in all asset management, banking and regulatory matters, with a particular focus on institutional asset management, funds structuring and distribution as well as all types of financial products, such as ETCs (on commodities or digital assets) and derivative instruments. This has led to several nominations by major directories as an expert in these fields, including as Star Individual by Chambers. He holds since several years senior responsibilities within the International Bar Association's Asset Management and Investment Funds Committee and has acted as Co-Chairman for the years 2019 and 2020. Mr. Rayroux holds a Master of Law from the University of Chicago and a Ph.D. in Law from the University of Zurich.
