Biography

Marial is an accredited specialist lawyer in Sydney Australia and is the founder of Crossover Law Group. She is listed in Forbes 2022 for Social Impact, Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch for 2023 and as a Corporate future leader in WWL. She was also awarded 30 under 30 in migration law in 2021 and 2022 as well as Young Migration Lawyer of the Year by the Australian law council in 2020. Marial was also listed as a finalised in multiple Australian national awards in 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022 and Crossover law group was listed as innovative Law firm of the year finalist since 2021 and as a Newlaw firm of the year finalist in 2022. Marial regularly speaks in national and international conferences about the issues of immigration law from an Australian perspective. Marial has a passion for immigration and refugee law especially in relation to innovation and changing the future of how we do law. She works with clients around the world and represented many clients in the Australian tribunals and courts with a focus on character cases and people in detention. She also represents companies in relation to global talent movement and retention along with high net wealth individuals.
