A webinar presented by the IBA Banking & Financial Law Committee, supported by the IBA European Regional Forum and the IBA Asset Management and Investment Funds Committee

This webinar will examine whether the second iteration of the EU Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive (AIFMD II) represents a genuine inflection point for private debt in Europe or a more targeted harmonisation of existing regimes. The discussion will take a comparative approach across key European jurisdictions, highlighting where the changes are likely to be transformative (for example, Italy) versus more incremental. It will also consider the practical implications for non-EU managers and investors looking at inbound opportunities into the European private credit market.

As we are limited to 1,000 registrants, we request that you please only register for this event if you will be attending.
