Navigating compliance with sanctions and export control regimes for entities operating across the African continent

Adrian Roux is a Partner in ENS’s Forensics practice. He is admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa and as a solicitor of England and Wales, and is a Certified Fraud Examiner (ACFE). Adrian works with organisations navigating sensitive and complex situations, including investigations into alleged fraud, corruption, workplace misconduct and broader integrity issues. His experience includes advising listed companies, state‑owned enterprises, global corporates and regulated entities on large‑scale and time‑sensitive matters, often involving boards, senior management, regulators and external auditors. He also regularly supports clients with anti‑bribery and corruption compliance and helps them identify and manage risk through due diligence on entities and individuals. Alongside his advisory work, Adrian is actively involved in thought leadership. He regularly publishes and co‑authors articles on fraud, corruption and regulatory compliance, and has hosted webinars on emerging corporate failure‑to‑prevent‑fraud offences. Known for his practical and measured approach, he focuses on helping clients make sense of difficult issues and deal with them in a clear, pragmatic way.
