The webinar will focus on comparing the public and private cryptocurrency dispute resolution mechanisms available in primary cryptocurrency jurisdictions. As a starting point, the panel will describe and discuss Dubai International Financial Centre’s fascinating and novel newly launched Digital Economy Court. The webinar will then have experienced crypto dispute practitioners compare this court with other available dispute resolution procedures in each of their jurisdictions, including the UAE, US, UK and Singapore.
