This webinar is the first of a three-part series presented by the IBA Human Rights Law Committee in collaboration with Human Rights Watch Tokyo and representatives from the International Law Sections of the Law Council of Australia. Together, these sessions will explore the ongoing global rule of law crisis, with a particular focus on the impact on the rights of the accused and the broader implications for lawyers, the judiciary and democracy.
