This webinar will highlight recent important cases and policy development in cross-border insolvency in Asia Pacific, specifically in mainland China, Hong Kong and Singapore. The panellists from these jurisdictions will cover the following topics:
- Court decisions concerning the interaction between insolvency and arbitration;
- The Restructuring and Insolvency Arbitration Protocol launched by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) on 26 August; and
- Recognition of cross-border insolvency cases in mainland China, Hong Kong and Singapore.
