The BIC will host its annual Bar Leader Conference, where topical issues of concern to the bars are raised. In the past, the Conference has addressed a variety of topics, ranging from independence of lawyers and judiciary to anti-corruption to artificial intelligence, and the roles that bars play in these. The conference will also include the popular round table format, where issues such as wellbeing in the profession, anti-corruption, business and human rights, election integrity have been discussed by bar leaders in an interactive format. It will also include the opportunity for bar representatives to make presentations on what they are doing that is of interest to the global organised bars.
