A webinar presented by the Arbitration Committee and Professional Ethics Committee

Disclosure obligations are different and there are different legal cultures around the globe. The question as to whether there should be uniform rules to level the ethical playing field is highly debated among the arbitration cross border community. There have been different proposals for approaching this issue, however a final and satisfactory solution has not been found yet. The panellists will share their views and insights in this ongoing debate relevant for the legal profession.
