A webinar presented by the IBA Taxes Committee and the IBA Corporate and M&A Law Committee, supported by the IBA Corporate Counsel Forum
This webinar will be split into two sessions. The first session, ‘Artificial intelligence and tax’, will discuss the use of artificial intelligence (AI) within large multinational companies, and look at the available and upcoming AI tools for use within the tax function.
The second session, entitled ‘Update on Pillar II’, focuses on compliance and compliance costs – for example, where do companies file group returns, what accounting methods should be used, etc – connected to the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development’s Pillar II framework. It’ll also explore the interaction of Pillar II with other reporting regimes, such as the EU’s Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive.
