Law, democracy and institutions: global legal challenges
is the topic of the 2024 IBA Academic Forum, presented by the IBA Academic and Professional Development Committee. 

The event will feature the following topical panel sessions:

•    Panel session: Challenges to democratic institutions: the law's response
•    Panel session: Rethinking the laws and institutions of anti-corruption
