A webinar presented by the IBA Aviation Law Committee and supported by the Women Lawyers' Committee
The aviation industry has historically been male-dominated, with women being underrepresented, particularly in leadership roles at the C-level. Companies across the industry struggle to attract, retain and promote female talent, and the C-suite continues to show lack of diversity and gender inclusiveness. Being that talent is a key driver of the industry's sustainability, innovation and progress, leaders should take bold steps towards a more gender-balanced and inclusive aviation industry.
The panel will dicuss what's preventing the industry from moving forward and showcase best and successful practices in the sector.
