A webinar presented by the IBA Latin American Regional Forum, supported by the IBA Young Lawyers Committee
Being an effective lawyer (whether at a law firm, in-house, or even in other less traditional environments) requires a combination of interpersonal, managerial, and written and oral communication skills. The panellists at this session will discuss the key lessons that they’ve learned in transforming into more effective and skilled professionals, including dealing with others, whether clients, superiors, counterparties, judges or artificial intelligence. The panellists will also speak to how they have evolved as attorneys over the years and what they would tell the younger versions of themselves in today’s legal environment in Latin America.
