Part 4 of a 9-part webinar series presented by the China Working Group of the IBA Asia Pacific Regional Forum and IBA Young Lawyers’ Committee
While there are fundamental legal ethical obligations which are pervasive in most jurisdictions (for example, the duty of act in the best interests of a client in a case), other aspects may differ.
In this webinar, attendees will learn about the legal ethical obligations from panellists’ experiences in their jurisdictions of practice, including China, Europe and the United Kingdom. The panellists will also discuss any comparative differences in legal ethical obligations in practice.
