A webinar presented by the IBA Healthcare and Life Sciences Law Committee
In this webinar, experienced practitioners will provide tips and tricks for engaging with global regulatory agencies in countries including Australia, Colombia and the US. They will share information about what works in each country, whether it is through formalised programmes for communication and escalation, or informal access to regulators or back channels. The panellists will compare and contrast effective methods for advocacy between nations.
The aim of the webinar is to gain a broader understanding of effective methods that enhance collaboration between regulatory authorities and the industry.
