A webinar presented by the IBA Oil and Gas Law Committee

This webinar will discuss the efforts of the oil and gas industry to deliver model clauses and standard contractual provisions it can rely on to implement its operational GHG emissions reductions and decarbonisation goals. These efforts aim to enable an energy transition of the sector that is timely, just, sustainable and efficient. The webinar will highlight ongoing initiatives in this area and particularly the Chancery Lane Project and the recently launched joint project between the Association of International Energy Negotiators (AIEN) and the International Bar Association’s Oil and Gas Law Committee to develop Energy Transition Model Clauses.
