IBAHRI Membership

An independent and effective legal profession plays a fundamental role in facilitating access to justice, ensuring accountability of the state and upholding the rule of law. As a member of the IBAHRI you will be supporting lawyers and judges around the world to fight human rights abuses, impunity and injustice.

The IBAHRI is part of the world's leading organisation of international legal practitioners, bar associations and law societies, and is uniquely placed to build the capacities of the legal profession to promote and protect human rights and professional independence worldwide.

We are able to carry out our work thanks to the generous support of our members and funding bodies. 

As a member, we will keep you informed of our activities and initiatives, publications, events, and opportunities for you to get involved with our rule of law projects.

You can support our work by becoming an IBAHRI member with just one annual minimum donation of £40.
