Film: A conversation with Beatrice Mtetwa
Beatrice Mtetwa is the senior partner in the law firm Mtetwa & Nyambirai Incorporating Wilmot & Bennett, and a prominent human rights lawyer. She lives and works in Zimbabwe where despite unlawful detentions, and being beaten by the police in 2003 and 2007, she courageously defends imprisoned human rights advocates, journalists, and opposition candidates. A screening of a documentary about her was followed by audience questions and answers.
