Description

This session will examine the different strategies through which law firms can develop and strengthen their international presence, including cooperation with international firms, strategic alliances, legal networks and other forms of cross-border engagement. The discussion will focus on:

  • best practices for effective collaboration in multi-jurisdictional matters;
  • client expectations in cross-border mandates;
  • cooperation between Brazilian and international firms;
  • networks, alliances and other forms of international collaboration; and
  • strategies for the internationalisation of legal practice.
